I’ve called the Inner Sunset home since 2010. I launched my mobile notary business in 2026 because I wanted a way to serve my neighbors while experiencing every corner this beautiful city.A standard workday might mean hiking from Shrader and Parnassus up to Twin Peaks for an early morning signing, or climbing the Vallejo stairs past Ina Coolbrith Park to meet a client on Vallejo and Powell. I know these neighborhoods, I know the hills, and I know how to navigate this city to get to you exactly when you need me. Transparent, Flat-Rate Pricing. No Surprises.

Every visit includes a base travel fee plus $15 per notarized signature (the California state maximum). Below are standard flat rates for San Francisco.

  • Standard Mobile Visit: Starting at $70
    (Includes $55 travel + $15 for the first signature during business hours in SF).
    Perfect for everyday documents: Power of Attorney, Affidavits, Deeds, Minor Travel Consents, and DMV forms.

  • Hospital & Assisted Living: Starting at $105
    (Includes $90 premium travel + $15 for the first signature).
    Compassionate, patient-paced service. Covers the extra time needed to navigate facility protocols and security.

  • Estate Planning Packages* (Trusts & Wills): $200 – $250 Flat Rate
    (Includes all travel and signatures).
    Complete, guided signing of Living Trusts, Last Wills, Financial POAs, and Advance Healthcare Directives.

  • Real Estate & Loan Signings: $175 – $250 Flat Rate
    (Includes all travel and signatures).
    Full-service document guidance for buyers, sellers, refinances, and HELOCs.

  • Apostille Processing: $200 Flat Rate
    (Includes notarization, Secretary of State processing, and return shipping).
    Full service for the first document.

*Witnesses can be provided with advance notice for an additional fee
